Careful with your terms. BBQ pizza is literally pizza with pulled pork on it, not one done on the grill... unless you want to grill a BBQ pizza, then have at it!

Yeah! Depends on where youre from. Some places BBQ means sauce or rub and some places it means to grill it.

I use both. Its my Backyard BBQ Grill!

That shrimp and pasta looks pretty damn good. Would've never even thought of doing something like that on the grill.

It was INCREDIBLE!

I cooked the pasta first on the stove while the shrimp cooked on the grill with butter & garlic.
Then I tossed the pasta & shrimp together with some pesto and let them marry for a few min.

Be careful not to over cook either of them. Pasta gets mushy and shrimp gets rubbery!

Do you have any issues maintaining temp if you use charcoal for a 4+ hour smoke? That's my biggest issue with those long cooking times.

What kind of grill/smoker are you using? I have a Weber Performer and also the Weber Smoker Mountain Cooker (smoker) and I don't have any issues. With the Performer you have to add charcoal periodically but not with the smoker.
