Re: Missing Malaysian Plane

i think if it were hijacked, we would have heard something by now, why hijack a plane and then keep it a secret?

Not sure where the humor is in all this.

That was my thought when I was reading about the story this weekend. With that said, haven't they more or less cleared the two guys with fake passports. Apparently they were just seeking asylum.

Re: Missing Malaysian Plane

I don't remember much being made over the Air France flight that disappeared a few years ago. I'm inclined to believe this flight had a similar fate, unfortunately.

Hijack a plane and load it with a dirty bomb is worthy of keeping it a secret. Now with that said, I think 20 something passengers on this plane were computer chip techs so that is another angle.

4 passengers who were supposed to be on this plane didn't get on, did that leave the seats open for the hijacking passengers?

I think hijacking is sounding plausible.

First things known

1) Plane was at 30,000 feet when black box went offline. Meaning if it blew up at that height debris would be in the miles of square radius, thus being easier to find. If it crashed directly into the ocean it would be harder to find small debris field. That does not seem likely given it went offline at 30,000 feet. So turned off from cockpit is possible.

2) There is real time tracking applications available for flights, this flight went missing in one of the "dead zones" where real time tracking is lost.

3) Phones are supposedly still ringing and pinging, reliable, who knows.

4) This airport has had 4 or 5 hijack attempts to place bombs on planes just since 2012 I believe. It is a known hot spot for terrorism acts.

5) The 777 is the safest commercial airliner in the sky

6) A plane of that size can do tremendous damage if fitted with bomb

Now, of course anything can happen. The ocean is a big place to search, but there is a lot of coincidences that just so happen to all happen in perfect order. 4 seats open, plane goes through tracking deadzone, black box is disabled, cell phones "supposedly" still ringing, and lastly no debris discovered as of yet.

Could be crash, but it does not point that way on the outside.

Re: Missing Malaysian Plane

Sounds like the two guys with passports that were stolen are not suspects anymore.

That was my guess. Now I guess I think it was a massive electrical failure and they turned back home then crashed.
