Had no idea the site had been around that long. That's quite an accomplishment and it's still so active. I don't even remember how I discovered the site, probably searching for info on NCAA Football or something.

Long time lurker here. I remember surfing OS in computer class in HS freshman year. Time flies, I’m 31 now ugh.

Ah Bditty how I remember him. My favorite poster from the old days was Cookusu. He was always someone I thought of as being wise. Another good name from the past was Pol.

Anywho, I know I joined after the Madden Mania days. I was aware of that origination point for OS. IIRC it was a case of a sizable number of people from that board that defected and OS was born. There was a period of a year or two where both Madden Mania and OS were affiliated with each other in a quasi-official way.
