WOW! That brings back memories, I did the same thing!
I remember the first time I did it, I mailed him a check and my memory card.
I was so nervous that I wouldn't get anything back.
It was really quite amazing how quick I got it back!

Came here from NLSC back in the day. I see a few names I recognize from that board here from time to time. Can't believe how long it's been either. Now I feel like more of a lurker than anything.

I can't add any insight about anything "way back when" as my join date is unremarkable. But, in another year or two I'll be able to contribute to a 'mediumest standing members' thread.

I cant remember when I started coming to OS, I believe for NCAA info the year Joey Harrington was on the cover. I know I was on the forums here in 2002 because I remember posting 2k rosters and CAPs from my dorm room.

September 2002 for me and registered as 2k3spear. Came here seeking information on NHL 2K3 and haven't looked back since. Sports gaming is my life now.

I first came here for news on MVP 03. And I still remember the day it came out and the Gamestop I bought it from. (Canton OH)

I made NCAA Football rosters from around 2003-2005 for the XBox. I remember getting anywhere between 10-20 memory cards in the mail each day, doing into the basement, and loading them up on every card, packaging them and mailing them out. It became quite an operation but I loved it.
