Season Predictions
Player of the year on offense:
JR(RS) RB David Williams of South Carolina. Williams is the prototypical type of star running back that you expect to see in the SEC, great size and speed. The only difference from him and most of the others is that he is faster. Williams is the fastest player in the conference in an offense that has perfected the power run game. Expect a record breaking type year with Maurice force feeding this kid.
Defensive player of the year:
SO(RS) MLB Tre Williams of Auburn. Tre is a guy that has the potential to have a huge year for 2 reasons: 1 Junior always gets great production from the mlb position and 2 that production doubles when his defense as a whole is dominant. This Auburn defense is one of the best in the nation and when they handle their assignments at all 10 positions they turn the MLB loose. Watch out for Williams.
