LSU has brought on their first batch of commitments, and it was a big haul early on. As defense was focused on heavily last year, offense took a noticeable jump in talent from the first trio of commits. Running back was a need for the Tigers as their top four backs are all graduating. 2017 Juco commit, Jonathan Gold, will likely earn the start as a more complete back but the addition of Darrell Sisk (#7 RB: 94 spd, 93 agi, 95 acc) will be a great change of pace for the Tigers offense.
Wide receiver was a position that wasn't targeted heavily last year but was was able to pick-up a late commit from the #14 WR, Matt Johnson, and Johnson has seen some playing time this year. Looking ahead to 2019, Johnson will be joined by two of the top WR recruits in the 2018 class, T.J. Williams (#2 WR) and Richie Frazier (#7 WR). Wide receiver looks to be solid for the Tigers over the next couple seasons (as long as they don't bust).
LSU's offense, and team in general, has steadily improved over the past few CPU games, and I am starting to slightly enjoy the game again.
**will update as new commits move to Baton Rouge.**
