I have never looked at them either--does it make a difference on playbooks or style/preference as far as run/pass frequency and conservative/aggressive?

It sure does unless the roster maker set everything to 50/50 across the board.....

It didn't up mattering anyway I lost 20 something to 6 in what made me want to throw the f@&)8!),)(&$ PlayStation through the window. I don't think I have ever seen that many dropped passes or broken tackles.

Re: YEAR 16 DISCUSSION- 2023-2024

#2 Alabama
#4 Oregon
In the rain...

Alabama kicked off and promptly watched the Ducks offense convert on 3rd downs to keep the chains moving and put the first points up on the board with a 7 yard TD by Quinn. That score would remain after the 1st Qtr.
Oregon 7. Alabama 0.

The Tide would roll in the 2nd scoring 3 TDs and allowing Oregon another TD following a pick by some freak #70 that undercut my WR. Oregon had some mo at this point as the score would be 14-7 Ducks. However, Alabama would get a score and force a TO of their own and exactly 30 seconds after their last score, Bama plunges in to make the score 21-14 at half with Bama receiving the second half kick.

Alabama kept plugging away and Oregon was unable to get off the field when their D needed to. Bama puts together an extended drive capped off by McCoy's second TD and a 28-14 Alabama lead after 3.

Alabama forced a punt by the Ducks with a couple minutes left in the 3rd so Bama began the 4th with the ball and a 2 score lead. Lots of field to go but we just wanted to get in FG range and make it a 3 score game. Oregon's offensive pace always keeps them in the game and after Bama was able to get a FG with 6:12 remaining, Oregon gets a TD just 2 minutes later. However, that would be the Ducks final score as Alabama gets a 43 yard TD run by McCoy with 2:51 left and seals the game.
Alabama 38
Oregon 21

Total Offense
ALA 406
ORE 371
Teams were a combine 7/7 TD in the red zone.

Oregon Player Stats
QB Miller 15/24, 232 yds, 1/1
RB Moore 21 att, 112 yds, 1 TD
3 dudes had 3 Red and 3 dudes had 2 rec.

Alabama Player Stats
QB Cox 18/24, 225 yds, 1/1
RB McCoy 27 att, 180 yds, 3 TD
No big receiving Stats. Leading guy, Johnson had 5 rec for 64 yards

I do wish I had a vid clip of Oregon's WR making a jumping snag in triple coverage (impressive enough) but then he doesn't go down!!! Luckily he stumbled bum a bit and allowed someone to clean up but I just chuckled.. the Ducks definitely have an Oregon feel too them--quick/shifty type fellas.
