Would be sweet if you could “recruit” other team’s surplus of players to convince them to transfer haha

That’d be fun lol, i have several coming in with this class that will pry play, i oversigned which I normally don’t like doing. I’ve tried to convince Junior on a signing rule of srs + (#) early entries, transfers and what not for a little more realism. I’m assuming I’ll be cutting a lot which will be just wasting talent that could have went to another team. The nice thing as I can get rid of some of the cpu recruits that were blah!

I have always been in favor of recruiting limits and still would be but with our recruiting rules we use I think there would need to be an exception for when you take new teams is all.

Just don't over sign then lol. Theres no need for a recruiting limit imo. I usually only sign 12-15, plus who the cpu adds after offseason recruiting. I only end up cutting who the cpu signs, most of time.

Re: Rivals 2021-2022 Discussion

ROSE BOWL
#6 Miami vs #8 Utah

This game was close down to final play. I knew coming in that they would have some studs just because these are Jaks old boys and they definitely kicked my a** for all 4 quarters offensively. Defensively they were tough to run or pass on, they just dropped alot of picks which they easily could have blown me out with even half of them but they only had one late in the game. Alot of yal have those close high scoring shootouts that come down to the end, this was one of my few times having one.

Both QBs had huge games. I think Wilkerson finished with 4 passing tds and the only reason it wasnt 5 is because my TE caught the ball on 3 and did some kind of stutter step glitch and got tackled at the 1. Their QB was 20/22 with 74 yards on the ground and both incomplete passes being throw aways. 2 of his tds were bombs that made it over my DBs who were 3 deep.

4th quarter they tied it at 35 then we answered and went up 7. They got to about midfield and on 3rd and long bombed it for one of those tds and tied it with about 2 minutes on the clock. I had time to move it but their run d was tough all game so I knew I couldnt depend on running it all the way up the field. I got stuck in 3rd and long a couple of times and on the second I found my Harley down the sideline deep. The same pass that we usually get against a zone look that the cpus safeties always get to no matter what. I threw at least 6 in the game with one completion and the rest were dropped picks but the 6th gave me my 2nd one that got through and ultimately got us in range to win it with a fg. 45-42 final in the Rose Bowl.

It wasnt the Bowl game we wanted and I did come out flat but we got the win and finshed top 5. Wilkerson finished with the best game he's ever played yardage wise with 4 or 5 hundred, 4 tds and only one pick that was all me. He broke the school record for passing yards in a season and Ryan who won the Heisman and Offensive MVP broke the school record for rushing yards. Great season overall but FSU just owned this year. Next year is payback.
