Re: RIVALS LAST RUN 2021-2022

WEEK 5

Michigan State has been the hottest team in the country since finding their star QB buried innthe depth chart this time last year. They havent lost since naming Day the starter. They will likely be favored in every game conference game this year but they do have one nonconference game that is worth looking at and that is this week on the road against Miami. The Canes are 3-0 and fresh off a huge road win against Florida State. Their young defense was the big question coming into the season so holding their biggest rival to 12 points was huge for this team's confidence. They match up well Michigan St and if the offense is clicking we could see a shootout. Miami has alot of speed on offense and their strength on defense is their secondary so they wont be afraid of Day. Intriguing matchup in this week's Game of the Week.

NEXT ADVANCE

Vols looking to forward to playing in their house tonight! After last weeks “close but no cigar” finish against Florida, Vols will try to lock the huskies in the pound early and coast to victory.

Re: RIVALS LAST RUN 2021-2022

#23 Georgia @ #10 Ohio State

First drive we went almost all run to make sure we set the tone for the game and we did with White getting in the endzone. Their opening drive was a mix of everything but mainly Brown, the QB, just making us pay for whatever we called. We held them to 3 however by buckling down in the redzone. The rest of the game kinda followed that storyline. White didnt run as much on any drive as he did that first one but we made sure to get him his touches and not get pass happy. The story of the game was our defense tho. Going into the 4th we only had 17 points but our defense had already forced 3 fumbles and finished the game not giving up one 3rd down. Thats Championship defense. Its amazing how much better we are since week 1. Gotta keep the momentum alive next week against Tennessee.

RIVALS LAST RUN 2021-2022

We did what we said we would do, early big lead and coast to victory. Petty fumble kept us from having a perfect game. The big bad Dawgs roll in next week for a huge conference game!

Re: RIVALS LAST RUN 2021-2022

Miami jumped out to a 14 point lead, thanks to a pick 6. We fought back and tied the game at 14 in the 2nd quarter. Late in the 2nd we finally took the lead but with no time remaining in the quarter, Miami hit a 46yd bomb to take a 24-21 lead at halftime. Jump to the 4th we tied the game again, this time at 38-38. We had a goal line stand to hold Miami to a fg with 54 seconds left. We got the ball hit a deep post but on our next pass we threw another pick. Miami beats MSU 41-38.
