 ***** GOTW ***** #2 MICHIGAN vs #3 NOTRE DAME Michigan and Notre Dame pick their rivalry back up in a year where both teams are absolutely loaded. Both are ranked in the top 3 right now and this isn't preseason hype, they are 2 teams that legitimately have the talent to run the table but when you get matchups like this one the reality is that one team has to lose. These teams are eerily similar if you compare their rosters side by side so I expect to see an all out war this week with explosive players on both sides of the ball. The 2 areas that I see a noticeable difference are at WR for Notre Dame where their top 5 can stand toe to toe with any team in the country, and with Michigans LB room where I see just so much size and speed that they will be a nightmare for teams all year. With Michigans LB group and the fact that they are at home Im giving the slight edge to the Wolverines and I say that only because I have to pick a winner. This should be a close game for all 4 quarters and the one thing I will say for certain is the team that turns it over the most will be the one to lose this game. WEEK 4
 ***** GOTW ***** #18 STANFORD vs #20 UCLA Its rare that you will see a GOTW between 2 teams coming off of big losses but in this case I am making an exception. If you look at the slate of games this week you will see alot of traditionally big matchups but I feel like those games will see little if any surprises. This matchup however is the most intriguing out of all the games and it took me a while to decide but Gameday will be in California this weekend. Coach Boog has never beat Stanford since taking over at UCLA. Last year was the best chance due his overall talent being better than normal but year after year this Stanford team has just pounded UCLA into the ground. This year I am intrigued to see this game because this is by far the best roster that Boog has had with any team and Stanford is actually in a rebuild type year if you will. They Cardinals do however still have arguably the best tailback in the country in Brown so the task will still be difficult for the Bruins but overall this is not your usual loaded Stanford roster that we have grown accustomed to seeing especially compared to last year. I think after a bad loss and a bye week the Bruins will come back refreshed and hopefully having learned from that bad loss against a very good Miami team. I think overall stopping Brown for 60 minutes will be too tall of a task to overcome but I think this game looks different than previous years. RIVALS LAST RUN 2029-2030
  They tried to cheat me but I will survive, one ex is a 2 blocker vs one defender an he splits them by bouncing off of one an tackles me in the backfield.... should have been 15+ yds. They didn’t even try to block at all. Last ex was a pass td for them. Speed burst and fs not even being deepest man. 50 + yd pass on the dot and the step for step cfb vs wr means nothing.
