This is where the coaching changes will take place here.
- You can choose 2 schools to "express interest" in at any given time
- You must have a better record for 2 consecutive seasons and have a higher coach prestige to switch
- If that school wins a Conference or National Championship your 2 years with that team will start over
- You can wait as many years as you want to decide on the job unless you replace the school on your list
- Must still have higher coaching prestige and a championship still resets it
- If you take the job you will remake your coach after the carousel
- You can replace either school at any point but cant reset the 2 years
- Must choose a school by week 5 for that season to count as year 1
