Yeah, do we create a coach, and are we starting at Level 1?

What recruiting speed will we be on, and is it set where when we add points they are stuck, or can we arrange each year?

I was thinking that we would not create coaches but I am more than willing to listen to the discussion on that, Points can be arranged each year.

I say create so we all start on same level and set it to where all the coaches are on the same level. That way someone is not getting an advantage. That the way we play is credited and not just a coach's name. I wouldn't want to play if we keep coaches, and have Saban at whatever level or Tuberville just bc the team they picked.
