I understand we all have jobs, families and obligations but I want to make sure this dynasty is fun for the people that are in it. That being said, if you miss 3 weeks in a row and do not communicate on Operation Sports, I will be forced to find a replacement. It is not a requirement to be active on the boards, but I don't want this to turn into a ghost town either.
