I use screen grasp on my laptop(touch screen). You should be able to do something similar on your iPad.

if you use tapatalk on your phone it makes posting pictures easier, especially if you include text like I did earlier.. i dont know what works best for the actual recaps from the website tbh but i know you can screenshot the stats and all that. I just save the pics on my phone and write my own recaps
