5. When up by more than 21 going in the 4th quarter users should run clock and put in backups. Stat boosting will not be allowed

UGA: 1 Scholarship. May only sign 1 ATH for 2015 Class

USC: 2 Scholarships. NO ATH for 2015 Class

SC: 1 Scholarship. May only sign 1 ATH for 2015 Class

My own personal opinion, I don't think that it should. The violation gave VT what 2 extra ATH? the violation would have fixed that up, by not allowing any and taking away two scholarships. Shouldn't effect your new position at USC. All it would do is have a negative effect on USC. Just putting that out there, thoughts?

I think it is only fair that I carry the penalty with me. I made the mistake of offering too many ATH's. In real life its on the team. Video game world it's on the user.
