New to the series Pro Yakyuu Spirits 2011

Hello finally imported my first game Pro Yakyuu Spirits 2011. I am really enjoying it so far. I have some questions though.
1. The default difficulty is too easy. Where do I change it?
2. Where do i warm up pitchers?
3. There seems to be auto assist on for the outfielders by default where do I turn that off?
I checked the spirits translation site and could not find it. Any help thanks. I want to play it a lot more if I can get past the language barrier.

It's all there on the spirits translation site. I'm on my phone so I can't root around for it to show you, but I know for a fact that its there (they talk about the difficulty meanings and what they find works best.)

You do not warm up pitchers in 2011. That was just added to the 2013 edition. The outfielder assist is specifically in the settings...... Defense - first option is Manual, Assist, Auto Field, Auto All
