Actually, looking back at previous e-mails, it looks like the patience struggle was real for me as well. At some point, I asked them this:

I was curious how long it takes to receive an item if it was shipped to
North America nearly two weeks ago (and, as of today, ordered a month ago).
I want to make sure that it didn't get lost or something along the way.


Here is how they responded (not in full, but the important part):

i had pro yakyou for nntendo switch ordered from play asia

I ordered april 14th

It didnt come until may 9th

Cost: Game $51.99
Express Shipping $17.40

Express shipping was about $7.00 more than standard shipping

When I first ordered from PlayAsia, I just paid for standard shipping and my game took over a month to arrive. There was no tracking number or anything so I had no idea when my package would arrive and I pretty much thought it was lost in the mail.

After that, I only use their expedited shipping option which cost around $20. With that option my package usually arrive in 2 to 3 days.
