RBI 20 Franchise Mode?

Can someone explain a bit about what Franchise Mode in RBI 20 contains? Is there a draft? (And, if so, scouting?). Trading? Free Agency? Do players develop and retire? TIA!

I know you can run a 10 year Franchise. I'll take a look later tonight and see what else.

Since the draft runs 10 years I'm thinking draftings is for sure in. I doubt payers retire/progress. Could be wrong.

Based on the little I've seen of the game in some streams I don't think it has changed much (if at all) for this year's version. The biggest changes seem to be with gameplay additions (ie. hitting and pitching mechanics, camera additions).

Players do retire. Trading is a thing.No Draft. No hard evidence on player progression.

EDIT...Looks like you can Draft 1 player to your roster after each season.
