Patch for HH2003?

Can someone point me to a patch download for High Heat 2003? I have the original version, and it crashes when I try to bring in a relief pitcher.

I just went through the relief pitcher crash bug, it is a Windows 10, maybe even 7 issue.


Using VMWare Workstation, easy to create an XP partition, now the game runs flawlessly.

I love seeing that people are still playing HH2003.

We have no openings, but just an FYI, I'm in a sim league that is 120 seasons deep that uses HH2003.

It’s a sim league with fictional players. Over 120 years of history.

Sounds very cool, but I don't like playing sports games with fictional teams. Cool that you guys keep playing one of the best baseball games of all time though.

We're in the year 2122, so the teams would have to be fictional by now anyway.

If you like the ins and outs of HH (knowing how the player edits system works), you might be surprised how much you'd enjoy GMing against 29 other real people. We've got a financial structure that runs on the website, complete history of the league with a Hall of Fame and everything.

It took me forever to get my friend who also knew HH well, did lots of mods back in the day, to give it a try. It's addictive! He's been in for decades and decades now as well.

I've been in for over a literal decade. Good lord, I'm getting old.
