Lag on College Hoops 2k8 for PS3

I've been noticing my game seriously lagging noticeably at some arenas or when shots go up. I just started playing CH2k8 for the first time in several years, I'm not sure but I believe I used composite before and now I use HDMI that could be the issue.

Does anyone know a fix?

I have the same issue on the default camera. Changed mine to the 2K camera and I'm not seeing it as much. Certain arenas with the default camera lag very badly. My Xbox 360 version has far less lag than my PS3 though I've noticed.

Broadcast gets rid of the lag completely. 2k cam its here and there. and default is unusable

I get lag on the 2K view. I changed it to high and that helps -- though there is the occasional lag.
