Let's Create College Hoops 2k24

To some this will seem like a crazy thread, but every year at this time I itch for a new College Hoops game. With the changes to rules this past July however, it feels like we are getting closer to a new title. With that being said, I decided it would be fun (also crazy) to create an outline for the optimal College Hoops 2K24. Attached below is an open Document that can be read or edited that has some framework items that I would love to see in a new College Hoops game.

In the document, my main items of focus thus far has been Recruiting, Scheduling/Atmosphere, Coaching/Training and Presentation.

Nice job with this.

One of my favorite features of the later editions of college hoops games, was including ESPN/CBS broadcasts to give it a more realistic feel.

I think making Selection Sunday/Bracketology more realistic and more of a focal point, would go a long way.

Thank you! I plan on doing more work over the next few weeks. I'd definitely like to share my ideas of a single player career mode that would be fully integrated with NBA 2K and much more.

I definitely liked the ESPN/CBS broadcasts, but I am also hoping something like the Hype Rating formula I made makes it into sports games eventually. So many games just feel the same and I feel like this would add a layer of variety. I have actually been testing the formula on real world games now doing the best I can and it seems to be okay. Just some fun food for thought. We can all dream

There is likely to not be a game made, but if there were, the earliest it could happen is 2023 hence 2k24
