Initial AFL game impressions..

I enjoy it like I did Tecmo Bowl back in the day...of course the graphics are much better...LOL !

But I play 6 minutes Quarters and have a quick fun game......

and I don't even think about abusing money plays...I just go at it.

I'm happy with it and the price.........i'm 49 and not very picky anymore...

Sounds to me the guy who makes up 32 different created teams and plays a whole league needs to go out and get a girlfriend and get some pie.

You're probably right.

But, that doesn't change the fact that it's a lot easier to ignore glaring simmed stat problems when it's QB Robert Jones of the Philadelphia Firebirds leading the league in rushing instead of Michael Vick of the Falcons.

Can't someone still enjoy a game even if it's far from perfect. I think if EA can fix the issues with this game for the next iteration, than they will have a solid game on their hands. Every sports game needs room for improvement.

Aight fellas I got this game tonight and even though I don't know what the hell I'm doing I really like it so far.

It's different the fields are smaller, the scoring is up and the running is tough but hey that's why it's Arena football right....

I'm definetly going to keep it and play a season. I have a few other games that I'll be playing aswell MLB The Show and Fight Night 3 but I'll defenitely try and get in a game or two a week in this game.

I haven't messed with any sliders yet still learning the game but once I figure out everything I'll tweak some sliders to smooth things out. I'll have to watch a few real Arena games aswell. WE have the Rattlers out here in Arizona but I'm interested in playing my season with the Dallas Desperados.
