Seneca Wallace/Tim Couch

A neg list draft from the Gades took place last Friday but wasn't announced by the CFL.

The 2 biggest names are the Ti-Cats getting Seneca Wallace and the Argos getting Tim Couch. Of course they only got their CFL rights.

I wish the CFL would allow teams to release their neg list to the public. I know the Esks have the rights to Michael Vick.

Re: Seneca Wallace/Tim Couch

Seneca Wallace was a solid backup for Seattle. I felt if he gotten a chance he could start for a couple of teams.

Re: Seneca Wallace/Tim Couch

no no no

It just means CFL teams have the players' rights to negotiate a contract. The only big name that has ever emerged from this system to my knowledge was Rocket Ismail.

Vick as an Eskimo eh, haha. I could see it. He'd dominate on the big field.

Oh ok, so it's like a last resort if they can't find anything in the NFL.

Does Ottawa still have the rights to Jesse Palmer? What happens to him if they do now that they are packing it in?

Wonder if anyone has Maurice Clarett's rights.
