Tecmo was maybe the best football game ever when it came out. It was a fun simple time. Every pass was on the money and nobody dropped the ball, even defensive players. You just guessed a play and played accordingly on both sides of the ball.

I used to play with the Dolphins all the time and they only had 1 running play and 3 pass plays. I could stop Bo fairly easily with Offerdahl at ILB by always calling the Marcus Allen run and taking Offerdahl and shooting into Bo's gap on every play regardless if Bo was getting the ball. This stuffed the running game and you could usually win that way. I NEVER didn't try to focus on Bo. It was safer this way than actually guessing Bo's play because Bo would still break one once in awhile and Marcus was dangerous too.

Man that was a blast to play! Remember John Elway football that was a trip game too. But Tecmo, was just a great game. When did it come out. I think I was young I just can't remember. Been playing video games for awhile now lol!
