He got away from Deion a good while ago from what I read.

Deion took him to Texas... he isn't in Texas anymore... obviously.

He is messed up in the head for starters. He lived with his grandmother where she had trouble with him. Deion Sanders then took over guardianship of Devine, and out of the blue he left Sanders' Texas home and went back to Florida, no one really knows why. He has already fathered 2 children at age 17 and I've heard child #3 may be on the way. Likely he just comes from a broken home and lives in a poor area and never learned to fully take advantage of the opportunities handed to him, such as what Sanders tried to offer him.
