After seeing 2k's latest batch of drink "coasters" (MLB2K, NHL2K,CollegeHoops).....I am glad that I can even PLAY the game before I decide if its bad or good. 2K is not a great alternative to me.

I loved 2K5 too but , then again, I liked Marble Madness and you dont see me whining to Konami because theres no other "marble" games out there.

Good god. That stupid 2k football game is becoming the High Heat of the football kingdom. Every stinking year it's legacy gets better than the year before. It did some things well and it stunk at other things - big flipping deal. You know what? At this point I'm glad it's dead because at least its annoying fans are miserable. If you like it, play it, but keep it out of these other forums.

2k5 was as unplayable to me as some of the madden games. Who cares if it looked great if the franchise mode and other parts of the gameplay and franchise were broken.

I certainly don't understand what all the hype was.

And thats the point these thing could have been corrected only maximizing the games gameplay & greatness. EA had bad DB play, suction blocking, money plays, same trucking issues. But with all that said EA issues in gameplay > 2k5 by a long shot. Pros & cons in both games but 2k blasted EA in everthing else, it wasnt even close.

who cares about madden or 2k5 right know? I know I don't, NCAA is everything I look for in a football game, nice graphics, good gameplay.

maybe in 30 days i will want to play madden, but for now, Im happy.

and i have no time for the old Madden vs. 2K argument in the NCAA forum.
