Good article. Shows that Georgia is 30 years behind the rest of the country and rules are different for white and black people.

I think this is the same case. This happened a few years ago. I remember when I first heard about the story on HBO's Real Sports. It outraged me then and today, it has the same effect.

EDIT: Actually I'm wrong. I didn't read the whole story and there was another case, I believe his name was Marcus Dixon. He was 18 and she was 15 I think. It's late and I really can't recall.

Well its a shame that this is still happening in the 21st century, hopefully this will get resolved very soon. Also I was just thinking, since the girl allegedly called rape the next morning, did she have to go to jail for lying about the rape????
