Here's a few pics to take some of you guys back to when playing football videogames was really fun. No licenses or pro teams or 11 on 11. Just the Red Team vs the Blue Team and a clock. Enjoy.

Man I really enjoyed Super Action Football on the Colecovision....

I loved Football for the Intellivision. It was pretty complex for it's time. To call plays and formations, you had to enter a number combination like 9,3,1,2,1, enter.

Don't know about you "younger" guys, but here's where it all started for me...and I mean back in the 1960's!

I'm sorry guys... but I don't udnerstand electric football... how do you pass? It seems like you'd have to run it for a while, then turn it off to throw with your QB, then turn it back on.

I had that crappy 3 on 3 Atari 2600 football game...sadly it played as bad as it looked.

I remember playing a few of the other ones posted, but you should have included '10 Yard Fight', my first football game on NES!
