Greatest football game ever?

The Madden with Vick on the cover was Madden 04. The vision cone didnt come around untill Madden 06 with Mcnabb on the cover.

Yeah it is sad, 2003 (well NCAA 2004 and Madden 2004) were pretty much the mecca of football video gaming.

This was the best year for football games. NCAA 2004, ESPN NFL2k4, Madden 2004, and NFL Fever.

1B - Madden 2005/03 (depending on how you value fun factor vs. quality of play)
1C - 2k5

ESPN NFL 2K5 is the most realistic, but Madden 2004 is the most fun IMO!
