Ok, I found the mod on greydog software forums.

Further question, Does anyone have links to any guides or FAQs? I've been enjoying the heck out of this game. Any gameplay tips or advice would be nice.

I do have some questions on what some of the settings specifically do in game. For example, on the team budget screen.

I agree with UMD here. The game is good, but you gotta like text sims. I don't play much sp, but I get my moneys worth playing MP over at SGN in the NFCA.
