It's NFL Gameday, it looks like a PS2 version. Not sure what year.

Two things stand out:

1. The Dropback animation.

2. The post play... one of the shots with the close-up and stat overlay is perfect. Still don't have it in Madden

Yea watcher I'm trying to figure out what year of gameday it is. I don't think I've ever played it. It looks pretty decent for it's time though. The qb drop looks pretty good and the presentation seems pretty solid for its time. I'd like to play it. I like the playcall screen as well. Very NFL 2k like.

I think it might be gameday 2003.

LOL this guy whose posted this video a few months back got perm banned off this website far as his account I mean. But I am thinking this is gameday 2004 for ps2.

This is one of the funnier videos I've seen... especially if you follow Apex... too bad this kid got banned. I thought it was pretty clever.
