This was in Madden 64 (the unlicensed one) on N64. 12 years ago.

I remember it being in Madden 64, too.

Tecmo Super Bowl also had it on the SNES.

I also want to say it was in NFL 2K5, but I'm not as sure about that one.

I'm pretty sure it wasn't in 2k5.

I'm kind of torn..while realistic, I hate it in real life so it's kind of nice not having 2 or more home games on a crappy dirt infield with no endzone markings.

But I wouldn't complain if they brought it back.

Wasn't in 2k5, but as late as last year's PS2 Madden 09, it was in. Preseason games in Oakland or Miami showed it. Although, it was just a visual; it didn't affect your players at all.(I.e. slipping and sliding in the dirt...)

I remember this in Madden '98. Still one of my favorite Maddens of all time!
