Best plays for singleplayer? (Tecmo Throwback)

Hello all,

I just played a competition season with the Niners...went 16-0 in the regular season, and then Green Bay knocked me out in the 1st round. I couldn't run at all, and just about every passing play that I called resulted in all of my receivers being covered. I did connect on the few occasions my receivers were actually open. It didn't help that Young missed the game with an injury...

I grew up playing the Tecmo football games, so I know that the difficulty gets ramped up in the playoffs, but this was insanely frustrating.

Any recommendations for plays that actually work when the AI gets its boost in the playoffs?

Also, what team has the most depth at QB and RB?

What difficulty did you have it on to go 16-0 during the regular season?

Default? I didn't know I could change difficulty with Throwback.

You can't.

For running, check out Dallas's default plays. They are 3 of the best. There's another you can add that's an ISO to the B gap on the left side for the 2nd play art select that's a good choice.

I like the Cowboys 2nd and 4th play as well, though if you play on playing the CPU you pretty much need all Shotgun selections. So the 2nd one probably isn't a good choice.
