Modes, not models, if Backbreaker were able to more closely replicate the NFL it would devalue the license that EA has purchased and certainly get the NFL's attention.

They wouldn't have to prove most of the users are doing it, any infringement is punishable, not a threshold of infringement.

they would if they want to hold the COMPANY liable any single infringement is the liability of the user. and i dont see the NFL suing individual users.
