Does anyone know how to SLOWLY adjust the camera angles lol.. when adjusting it goes light speed from one extreme to the other

For everyone trying to figure out how to run FBP ‘ 98 or earlier version…

I am having a trusted computer repair person create a DOS box on my LT & teach e how to use it to run FBP ‘98. Ask your trusted computer repair person

Would love to get enough people joining me to create a set (Pro, Higher Educational, Minor & High School levels) of associations/leagues.
