der juicen... no matter what you pay for a game it should have features that people want and crave. Heck , when you think about it, 60.00 for a game these days, really???, I don't know about you, but I wait for titles to at least drop down to that 39.99 tag. Yes it's 15.00 online....but season mode, as many here crave, could have been implemented and their sales of the product would have possibly increased. That's marketing failure. $15.00 is what downloadable video games are truly worth without the box and disc to be honest. At least give the fan what was in the game in 2003....don't you think? Sure it's fun to play against someone and season is not needed for that.....but I loved playing Blitz 03 in season mode and taking my team into the playoffs, arcadish or not, playoffs are fun!!!!! Stats are fun!!!! could you imagine arcadey TECMO SUPER BOWL not tracking stats?? not me. I'm Not buying your whiny "spoiled brats" argument here at all man!....the customer deserves features they desire plain and simple. Companies that listen to their fans are aces to me. The other stopper is why NO DEMO? I would love to try it out before purchase like other EA products. Than season or no, maybe if i liked it well enough I would buy it. I am honestly on the fence currently because of season mode....but I am open minded and would love to play my nephew in it. So we will see. peace !

The game was originally made by Midway, not EA Tiburon.

It's not like that had a husk of an engine laying around, obviously they had to make a deal with Midway unless the copyright expired.

They aren't going to patch in whole new features like season mode, create a player has never been important in Blitz games.

Seriously I could understand if you were complaining about the no late hits thing, but I'm starting to question if you ever even played a Blitz game? It does a pretty damn good job of bring back some nostalgia of a game I played as a kid.

This exactly. My cousins and I popped in Blitz 20-03 around Christmas and when I saw this game it reminded me of that. I also don't think these people played Blitz in its heyday either, realism was never its forte. Patch it smh.

ummmmmmm....... Blitz 2003 and Blitz 2004 aka Blitz Pro both had great season modes and stat tracking.....and I'm pretty sure they were considered....ummmm...blitz games......check yourself before you wreck yourself guys.

the original didnt have it.. this is suppose to be a copy of the original game, not from 03 and 04..

now, i agree though, games like this, NBA JAM, NHL 3 on 3, etc, all need some sort of season mode. say basic 41 or 82 game season in NBA or NHL, and obviously 16 game NFL season. give us 5 years worth of a season/dynasty, with very basic stat tracking.. thats it!!

the above would add so much more replay value..
