Hey guys,

I'm going to be running an FoF 2004 league very soon and wanted to give a global invite to the forum here.

If you have not played FoF, it's a text based NFL Football simulation and this is the first version that allows MP leagues. As a solo game this gets a definite Thumbs Up from Old Bill and while not on the same level as CM (or maybe even OOTP) it's a staggeringly addictive football sim.

Great. I should clarify that the league is purely fictional--no real teams and we'll use the stock FOF roster file which is loosely based on real players, but not 100%. You'll need to think of a city and a team nickname (no current NFL city). If you want to browse some football logos go here:

I had no idea there were so many football leagues.

We have 17 owners thus far and I'm going to wait until I can wrangle up another 12 before we get started. Also, let me know whioch conference/division you want.

is this game on disk or through the elicense stuff?

Will the GM's be calling plays for their teams? Also I'm not too familiar with the game but how easy/hard is it to get real players on it? Is it simply a matter of downloading a file? I was once in an STB Basketball league which is the same thing for NBA and the guy had all the real players on there. It was pretty fun.

Yeah, it's like OOTP5, but you only get one install per PC which kinda stinks. But you need to play with us. Boise needs a rep.
