IF the NFL stops renewing the exclusivity, or IF EA thinks they are paying too much, (But it's there Cash COW).EA has the NFL for now, But when College returns there is another chance for 2k football. Once The NFL sees a great product from College football game, then they will Jump.

If the franchise mode isn't going to be around until 2016, let me put my vote in that instead of chasing Madden with a pro football sim, you take aim at the wide open market of college football.

This. Why not have a simple recruiting system (to start), scheduling, etc. The playbooks need to be expanded as well. I would probably stop playing NCAA if that were the case, even with the gameplay as it stands now with the above additions (and customizable logos/jerseys/teams).
