Any sliders posted anywhere will be here or on the internet which you can find by searching. The reason you won't likely get an answer here or more than maybe one is because there are very few of us that play this game anymore and we pretty much play it our own way with sometimes widely varying sliders. The range of what "realistic" means is huge. I would do a search, try one by one the ones you find.
