Re: A New Day, A New Generation
(Our Story will begin on the Monday Following Wrestlemania 28 in which we see The Undertaker retire after a stunning match against John Cena from which the World Heavyweight Championship was retained by 'Taker but subsequently vacated.)
Michael Cole: Welcome to Monday Night Raw. Last night's Wrestlemania was a thrilling event in which we had the honor of seeing the Undertaker wrestle his last match before his retirement. His opponent was none other than the face of the WWE John Cena.
The King: Thats right Cole and the Undertaker went out with a win I'd never thought I'd say this but I'm somewhat saddened to see the Deadman rest in peace. But Cena wrestled a Phenomenal match as well. 'Taker brought out a side of Cena we've never seen before. Hopefully whatever woke up inside of him stays this is a John Cena nobody could hate.
Michael Cole: We haven't seen Cena wrestlew like that since his debut match against Kurt Angle years ago. But tonight is all about new A New Day because tonight we have the WWE Draft. Thats right folks it happens once every year. Evey superstar in the WWE is here tonight to compete for draft picks to see who will be their new locker room associates. Some of the matchups we'll see tonight include.
Evan Bourne vs. Rey Mysterio
The Uso's vs. The Dudebusters
Chris Masters vs. Skip Sheffield
Hart Dynasty vs. The Gate Crashers
Ezekiel Jackson vs. Shad Gaspard
John Morrison vs. Kofi Kingston
and many more to come. But ladies and gentlemen lets welcome the Billion Dollar Princess and the CEO of the WWE Stephenie McMahon.
