I've never received as many cards as you do? Do you play very aggressive defense?

And good job shooting up into 10th!

Not really i have no idea why i am getting so many cards. Normally i would play as Arsenal and very rarely get booked never mind sent off. Maybe it has something to do with playing in a different league or perhaps because the team is underperfoming.

Thanks!!! I'm happy with how im playing atm just a shame the results during the 1st half of the season have put me in this bad position. Theres a possible 45 points up for grabs and i am 18 behind 6th placed Villarreal so it's not looking good. I have set myself a target of winning 13 of the last 15 matches as i believe that is what it will take!

Barcelona up next.......

Barcelona brought Valencia's 7 game unbeaten run to an end after an impressive display at the Camp Nou. Barcelona took an early lead with a goal from David Villa and then Messi slotted home a penalty shortly after that to double their lead. However Valencia also played their part in this classic game of football and managed to get level before half time with a goal from Soldado reducing the gap to 1 before David Beckham scored a wonder goal from 28 yards out. Barcelona though would not be denied victory and came out strong in the 2nd half with another goal from Messi and subsitute Pedro putting the game beyond mid table Valencia. Beckham though did not seem too happy after the game when being congratulated on his goal. "Yea it's nice to score a goal like that but today we need the 3 points yet we didn't get them so it's hard to celebrate any consolation goal really." Captain Soldado though was quick to erase any dissapoint from tonight's defeat. "It's never nice to lose but it's almost expected when playing here at the Camp Nou. The best thing we can do is forget about tonight and focus on beating a very talented Sevilla side next week and that's what we will do!"

An amazing match at Mestalla tonight saw Valencia score 4 goals with a hat-trick coming from Soldado however this somehow was not enough to beat a Sevilla side that scored 6 times! Sevila hitman Manu Del Moral also scored a hat-trick. Back to back defeats now for Valencia now almost certainly means they will finish outside the top 6 this season.

Granada will feel unlucky to be coming away with no points from this home tie against Valencia. Granada created most of the chances and looked the most dangerous team however in form Soldado denied the home side and won an important 3 points for his side.

10 men Valencia came back not only once but twice in a 2-2 draw at the Mestalla against Real Mallorca. Valencia were reduced to 10 men after a horrible tackle by William Gallas who will now recieve a 2 match ban. Although today was not all bad news for Valencia as 6th place side Villarreal were also held to a draw at home by Getafe.

Athletic Bilbao and Valencia produced La Liga's highest scoring game of the season today with a 7-3 scoreline in favour of the home team. Valencia manager was far from impressed: "We pretty much played like a pub team today and deserved to lose. I didn't know we were capable of playing that bad so i guess things are worse than i actually thought." To make matters worse for Valencia new signing Michael Owen broke his ankle during the game and will miss the rest of the season however there is some good news and that is £20M striker Di Natale is back in the squad after being out due to injury.

Valencia once again were reduced to 10 men for the 2nd consecutive game but that didn't stop them from coming out as winners. Neither team played well but Valencia badly needed 3 points and they got them. The win leaves them 20 points adrift of 6th placed Atletico Madrid with only 9 games left to play.
