RAW PREVIEW

1) David D. "swings" the WWE Title picture
In a controversial Summerslam main event, David Degenerate and Carson Pain were the remaining men battling over Carson's WWE Title. In a shocking moment, Vince McMahon appeared and assisted his hand-picked challenger by tossing a sledgehammer into the ring. David snatched the weapon and delivered the final blow, knocking Carson out and scoring the pinfall to claim his 3rd WWE Title. The WWE Chairman wanted David to represent the Raw brand as the top champion, but it took Vince's interference to make it happen. Odds are that "The Original" will have something to say, but for now the "Dangerous Genius" is again reigning supreme.

2) 'Digger and DMK can't settle their differences
Midway through the Fatal 4-Way main event, Gravedigger and DMK were fighting for an extended period of time outside the ring. The referee tried repeatedly to get them back to the ring, but the two rivals couldn't stop brawling for even a moment. Their fight forced the ref to make a shocking decision... eliminating both men by countout! The announced decision sent 'Digger into a frenzy, and he eventually smashed DMK through a backstage table. It's pretty clear that these two dark brawlers are nowhere near a conclusion, so it will be interesting to see what develops.

3) Renegade's insane jump
In the heated U.S. Title match between champ Renegade and Big Mutha Trucker, the decisive moment had the crowd in shock. With Trucker laying prone on the announce table, the party animal climbed up a ladder in the ring and jumped off, crashing through the "Resident Redneck" with a vicious elbow drop from the near-20-foot height. Renegade exhaustedly got the winning pinfall on the pile of broken table to retain the title. But a crazed Renegade wasn't satisfied with the successful defense, as he attacked Trucker after the match with a chair. What's next for Renegade and Trucker? Will their feud continue?

4) Mack proves his Hardcore prowess
The "Human Semi" was able to outlast Shawn Midnight to retain his Hardcore Title at Summerslam, proving himself to still be Raw's most extreme grappler. What will Mack's next challenge be?

SMACKDOWN PREVIEW

1) Rebel wins... and loses... at the same time
At Summerslam, the World Heavyweight Title was on the line as Eric Executioner defended against Rebel Ford but the rebellious fan favorite put up a hellacious fight against the narcissist. Rebel's relentless pursuit for victory angered Mr. Black, and the creepy manager ordered Eric to smack Rebel with a chair for an intentional DQ. Confusion immediately swirled, but it became clearer soon after that why he demanded the loss. The DQ decision allowed Eric to keep his title... but the win for Rebel meant that Mr. Black would stay true to his promise to remain a threat to Eve's safety! Rumors have been running rampant about Mr. Black's intentions, the status of Rebel and Eve's relationship and the suddenly-tense mood between Eric and his scary confidant. Will this week's Smackdown give us any clues?

2) The "Fantastic Frenchman" capitalizes on American Cool's dissension
In a odd tag team match over Antonio Jordan's Intercontinental Title, a crunch-time argument between Antonio and partner Krizz Torture allowed the G.L.O.W. team to take advantage. Joseph T. Lutte nailed a distracted Antonio with his finisher, and scored the shocking pinfall to win his 3rd Intercontinental Title! With Smackdown's secondary singles title back in the hands of the money-obsessed Europeans, it cannot be good for anybody. But the key development is the strange tension between the American Cool partners. Can they squash their issues and find a way to regain control in their rivalry against Joseph & Quinn?

3) Rusty rises up and retains
In a hard-fought Ladder match, Rusty found a way to retain his Cruiserweight Title over Lee Money at Summerslam. The "2 Xtreme" superfan took Lee's best shots and bounced back, scaling a ladder and reclaiming his belt. What's next for the Chicago-born fan favorite?

4) Hitman Jack beats Craig, keeps ECW Title
On the final Smackdown before Summerslam, Hitman Jack faced Craig Bullet in a rematch over the ECW Title but the "Lethal Canadian" outlasted his foe to retain the belt. Craig can take solace in the fact that he and Tony are still the reigning Tag Team champs, but his desire to move up the singles ranks is still well-known. Will Hitman be able to move on, or is Craig still peeved over another lost opportunity?

RAW PREVIEW

1) Carson gets extreme... but doesn't cave in to the "Genius"
Last week on Raw, WWE champ David Degenerate and his powerful support system, Mr. McMahon himself, came out to gloat about David's shocking title victory at Summerslam. Despite the obvious underhanded tactics in play, they ignored the fact that David was strangely thrust into the main event picture and that Mr. McMahon assisted the victory. When former champ Carson Pain came out and confronted them on those legitimate issues and demanded a rematch, the new champ instead offered a main event match in order for "The Original" to prove himself worthy of a rematch. Carson reluctantly accepted, even though he was tricked into an Extreme Rules match against Shawn Midnight. During the match, Carson showed overly aggressive actions but felt a surge of guilt when he saw a sledgehammer (reminding him of David's final blow in the Summerslam match) and when David and Mr. McMahon appeared to urge his extreme tactics. Carson instead refused to cave to their wishes, and defeated Shawn without the use of foreign objects and stood tall to end the show. It's clear that Mr. McMahon is granting David some unwarranted power, and the odds are against fan favorite Carson. What's next between these two rivals and the WWE Chairman?

2) DMK and 'Digger - Fury Unleashed
The severely deep issues between DMK and Gravedigger resulted in another physical altercation last week, as the "Graveyard Monster" attacked his rival during a backstage interview. The unbelievable rage shown from both men have fans wondering how this will end... but early indications is that it could end very badly. Will DMK have a response to yet another cheap attack, or can 'Digger finally begin to intimidate his brooding foe?

3) The U.S. champ re-joins the party
Rumors were abound last week regarding the U.S. champ and his psychological state, as sources revealed that the Renegade was forced to undergo a psychiatric evaluation. The party animal is expected to be at Raw this week, but will we get the truth regarding his mental status? Why has Renegade been so outlandish and crazed as of late? What does that mean for the U.S. title... and maybe his next challenger?

4) Mack and Tank trade hometown barbs
Last week following a victory, Hardcore champ Mack Wheeler ran into Tank Blazer and the "Captain" had a few disrespectful comments to share. Tank made fun of Texas, which angered the former Longhorn. The "Human Semi" responded with nasty remarks about Tank's Oklahoma home, and the two shared an intense staredown. Why is Tank spouting off at the mouth to a hot-headed brute like Mack?

SMACKDOWN PREVIEW

1) Eve again suffers at the hands of Eric and Mr. Black
Last week, Eve Torres seemed legitimately excited to defend her Women's Title in a 4-way battle royal on Smackdown. After the rough August she had been through, I'm sure a nice successful title defense would pick her spirits up. But unfortunately, old rivals had to ruin everything. During the match, World Heavyweight champ Eric Executioner and his manager Mr. Black appeared and sent Eve into a fit of fright. The distraction allowed young Jersey Jenny to eliminate Eve, giving the "Shore's Princess" her 1st Women's Title reign! Mr. Black had made a threat to Rebel Ford that if he had won the Summerslam match against Eric that Mr. Black would continue to play mind games with Eve, and it seems that threat came to fruition. But now that Eve not only is still the focus of Mr. Black's wrath and is now title-less... what's she going to do to stop this madness?

2) Rebel wins again... but something's not right
Speaking of Rebel Ford, he and teammates Rusty and Guy Justice picked up an impressive main event victory last week on Smackdown in a 6-man tag match against Zach Wesley and the G.L.O.W. team. But earlier in the show and after the match, it was clear that something is bothering the rebellious fan favorite. We haven't heard his thoughts on his DQ "victory" over Eric at Summerslam, his relationship status with Eve and now her Women's Title loss. What is going through his head... and how could that affect his rivalry with Eric E. and Mr. Black?

3) Antonio & Krizz make up, but the "Mastermind" eyes redemption
At Summerslam, Antonio Jordan lost his Intercontinental Title when an argument between he and partner Krizz Torture caused enough of a distraction to allow Joseph T. Lutte to win the belt again. Antonio picked up a solid victory last week to bounce back, and he and Audrey Vega approached Krizz to let bygones be bygones. It seems the American Cool team is back on good terms, but Antonio vowed to reclaim the Intercontinental Title soon. Will another interaction between the American fan faves and their European rivals be on the horizon?

4) The Bullet Boyz send a violent statement to Hitman Jack
ECW champ Hitman Jack had an interview last week, stating that he was looking forward to moving on to his next challenge. The problem is, an old challenge reared its ugly head back as the Bullet Boyz viciously attacked him midway through the interview. It's obvious that Craig & Tony are not going to let Hitman get out of this unscathed. How will the "Lethal Canadian" respond this week? Can he find some help to even the odds, or will the Bullet Boyz take advantage of their 2-on-1 edge yet again?

RAW PREVIEW

1) Don't drop your guard in a pipe fight
Last week at the close of Raw, Gravedigger attempted to ruin DMK's post-match victory celebration by attacking his hated rival with a lead pipe. 'Digger seemed satisfied with the results of his unwarranted assault, dropping the pipe and trying to intimidate the angry crowd. But DMK withstood the attack and rose up from the mat, grabbing the unclaimed weapon and waiting patiently for his foe to turn around... before blasting him with a crowd-pleasing retribution pipe shot to the skull! The burning issues between DMK and Gravedigger seem to be growing deeper and deeper by the day, and it's gotten to the point that they don't even waste words... they just let out their frustration physically! How are these two going to bring this fierce rivalry to a conclusion... and who will be able to claim the final upper hand?

2) David and Mr. McMahon overstepping the GM
Last week, WWE champ David Degenerate and Mr. McMahon were discussing another assigned match for rival Carson Pain when they were interrupted by an offended Stephanie McMahon, the Raw General Manager. Steph wants to regain control over the match scheduling, and clearly holds disdain for the "Dangerous Genius". Vince still took the time to schedule a match for Carson Pain, but it's clear their is a power struggle a-brewing. Speaking of Carson Pain, he was able to defeat Lee Money in a submission match despite interference from Shawn Midnight and an post-match taunting from David and the WWE Chairman. "The Original" wants to get his hands on the WWE champ, but seems stuck navigating their silly little tough matchup game. Will Carson finally earn his WWE Title rematch... or does the Corporate duo have more planned for him?

3) Renegade - the non-fighting champion
U.S. champ Renegade returned to Raw last week... but didn't stick around for long. He swung by to support friend Lee Money after his loss, but seemed nonchalant about his scheduled match against Dylan Dynamite. Instead of showing up and competing, Renegade took a different approach... he left! Dylan was awarded a forfeit victory, but something is clearly strange with the party animal. First, a rumored psychiatric evaluation then a disrespectful walk out? Something's going on with the U.S. champ, but it's clear that defending his title honorably isn't one of them.

4) Tank picks up a big win
An odd pairing of Tank Blazer and Shawn Midnight actually turned out to be successful last week, as the "Captain" scored the pinfall in a tag team match victory over Hardcore champ Mack Wheeler and rookie Big Juan Santos. A little trash talk the week before worsened the relationship between Tank and the "Human Semi", but now Tank can brag about a win! Is Tank eyeing the Hardcore Title?

SMACKDOWN PREVIEW

1) The broken sanity of Rebel Ford
The biggest development last week surrounded the mental status of Rebel Ford. First, supposed girlfriend Eve Torres met him in the parking lot and informed him of the extended vacation she was taking, claiming that Rebel couldn't protect her from Eric Executioner and Mr. Black. The sadness slowly became furious anger, which came out in an explosive way later in the show. Rebel was scheduled to face Quinn Cadbury, but the match never got underway as Rebel attacked the "English Gentleman" with a steel chair before the bell even rung! The vicious attack had to be stopped by backstage crew members, but Rebel walked away with no remorse. Then later at the close of the show, an intruder invaded the main event match between World Heavyweight champ Eric E. and Antonio Jordan and smashed a chair over the champ's head. Antonio was forced to take the DQ loss, but when he investigated who the intruder was, he revealed... Rebel Ford again! The show ended with a psychotic-looking Rebel glaring at his rival and sinister manager Mr. Black, much to the shock of Antonio and the crowd. Has this rivalry against Eric and Mr. Black officially drove the normally-cool Rebel to the brink of insanity? And if so, is that an advantage for the champ and his manager... or as last week showed, a kink in the armor?

2) H.E.R.O. saves the ECW champ
One of the other shocking moments of last week's Smackdown was rising rookie H.E.R.O. coming down to the ring to save ECW champ Hitman Jack from a post-match beatdown at the hands of the Bullet Boyz. The Tag Team champs have resorted to outnumbered attacks on the "Lethal Canadian" in order to establish their dominance ever since Jack defended his title against Craig last month. But it seems like, at least for the time being, that the odds may be evened! Hitman Jack hasn't commented yet on H.E.R.O.'s actions, and neither have the Bullet Boyz. What's next in this hot rivalry?

3) G.L.O.W. dimming?
Quinn Cadbury has been having a little trouble lately. Two weeks ago, the "English Gentleman" took the pinfall in a 6-man tag main event match loss. Then last week, he got a vicious, unprovoked assault from Rebel Ford (see above) with tag partner Joseph T. Lutte nowhere around to help. Not only that, when he innocently asked Joseph about an Intercontinental Title match, he was laughed off. Cadbury made the sacrifice to help Joseph win back the title, but it's becoming clear that Joseph isn't appreciated it the way he's been hoping for. Is the European duo (and former rivals) having some communication problems? And with Antonio Jordan on the warpath for a title rematch, could that mean a premature end to Joseph's latest title reign?

4) Justice again causes controversy
Last week on Smackdown, Guy Justice held his 2nd "In Search of Truth" talk segment and invited volatile Zach Wesley to join him. The "True Savior" tried to inquire about unknown background of the "Mohawked Maniac", which was met with angry refusal. Then after Justice brought up Zach's recent fall from grace, the "Maniac" warmed up a bit but became offended at Justice's attempt to bring him along his journey for "truth". Wesley demanded a match this week, so it will be interesting to see if the talk segment created an interesting element to this proposed match.

RAW PREVIEW - "GO HOME SHOW"

1) Hands off until the Cell
In a shocking announcement last week on Raw, GM Stephanie McMahon brought DMK and Gravedigger down to the ring to discuss their heated and violent rivalry. The "Billion-Dollar Princess" had a great idea to hopefully settle their issues... the dangerous Hell in a Cell match! Both men agreed to the match, but the more interesting part of her announcement wasn't the match itself... it was the pre-match stipulation she added after it. Throughout this week leading up to Sunday's PPV match, neither man is allowed physical contact with the other. If something goes down between them, they are BOTH suspended and the match will be called off! Lately, every encounter between DMK and 'Digger has led to a brutal brawl. Can they keep their emotions in check on Raw... and let them loose in explosive fashion on Sunday?

2) Fight or Flight
Last week on Raw, Mr. McMahon gave WWE champ David Degenerate a "big" match last week against a local wrestler. The "Dangerous Genius" embarrassed the local wrestler and threatened a post-match attack, but hightailed it out of the ring when Carson Pain tried to intervene. Then later in the main event, Carson was forced into a steel cage match against Big Mutha Trucker due to Mr. McMahon's rigged "Raw Roulette" game. But despite the tough matchup, "The Original" escaped the cage to defeat the "Resident Redneck". After the win, David and Vince came out to taunt him again. Carson has beaten every challenge the Corporate duo have put him in, yet David refuses to grant him his rematch. With only days away from the next PPV, will the "Genius" be forced to defend his title against a very hungry challenger?

3) Oh where, oh where has Renegade gone? Oh where, oh where could he be?
A familiar happening took place last week on Raw, when U.S. champ Renegade again disappeared from the show and refused to participate in a scheduled match. But this time, instead of just suffering a forfeit loss... he left tag team partner Lee Money alone in an impromptu handicap match! Lee suffered a tough loss against Alpha & Omega and did not seem happy at all to be abandoned. What is going on with the party animal, and why is he refusing to compete? How will Lee Money handle his partner's issues? And what does Renegade's disappearances mean for the U.S. Title?

4) Tank proves to be Hardcore enough
The opening match of Raw last week featured an Extreme Rules matchup between Tank Blazer and Big Juan Santos, at the suggestion of Hardcore champ Mack Wheeler. Mack didn't think that the "Captain" had enough experience in hardcore-style matches to be a true challenger, but Tank's victory clearly proves otherwise. Is an official title match between the "Human Semi" and the former military man in the near future?

SMACKDOWN PREVIEW - "GO HOME SHOW"

1) Rebel scaring... Eric?
World Heavyweight champ Eric Executioner and his manager Mr. Black have been frightening people and dominating opponents for months. But they seem to have pushed rival Rebel Ford to the brink of insanity, and it seems to be backfiring on them! Rebel ended the show 2 weeks ago with a shocking steel chair attack on Eric, and last week engaged in a vicious brawl with the narcissist during a main event tag team match that led to a rare loss for the World champ! It's clear that Rebel is not in the right frame of mind, but it seems to be finally evening the odds between him and Eric. Is a World Title rematch in the plans to settle their issues, or is the title not even enough to battle over?

2) Antonio gets the win back
Speaking of that main event tag team match from last week's Smackdown, Antonio Jordan scored the decisive pinfall over Intercontinental champ Joseph T. Lutte to win the match and avenge his DQ loss (caused by Rebel Ford) from the previous week. Antonio has vowed to reclaim the Intercontinental belt, and now has a direct victory over the "Fantastic Frenchman" this month. It's obvious these two rivals are on a collision course for another title bout, but with the momentum on the side of the "Mastermind", will a title change be in the works? Also, how does Joseph and Quinn Cadbury's strained partnership come into play?

3) Hitman and H.E.R.O. team up
Last week on Smackdown, ECW champ Hitman Jack came out alongside H.E.R.O. in the rookie's matchup against Tag Team champ Craig Bullet. Hitman did it to repay H.E.R.O. back for saving Hitman from a 2-on-1 attack by the Bullet Boyz. But after H.E.R.O. scored the upset over Craig, they decided to make their alliance official. So now the H^2 team is alive and well, and that could spell doom for the Bullet Boyz! But of course, we have yet to see Hitman and H.E.R.O. actually work as a team. Will the 3-time Tag Team champs take advantage of their experience, or are we unaware of the actual potential that the H^2 has?

4) Angus gives out a challenge and a match gets re-scheduled
In other Smackdown news, Mr. Money in the Bank Angus issued an open challenge to anyone willing to attempt to beat his unbeaten streak. Who will step up and give the "Irish Giant" a legitimate challenge? Also, the match between Zach Wesley and Guy Justice was called off last week when the "Mohawked Maniac" attacked Justice backstage. The "True Savior" simply came by to wish his opponent luck, but apparently Wesley didn't appreciate the gesture. The match has been re-scheduled for this week, and I'm sure the tension between them has only grown since their physical encounter last week. Will a victory for Justice put Zach on a new path, or can the "Maniac" pick up a dominating victory?

September Week 4 Updates

Sorry for the delay in updates, but the final week of September is updated! As we approach the Hell in a Cell PPV, 5 title matches were made this week to complete a jam-packed card! Monday night's Raw show featured some heart-pounding developments, including a Hardcore Title-related brawl and two eye-opening encounters between DMK and Gravedigger. Also, WWE champ David Degenerate tried to deny rival Carson Pain of a WWE Title match but... Raw GM Stephanie McMahon felt otherwise! Later on Smackdown, a Tag Team Title match was made after a crazy #1 contenders' match and a post-match promo led to an Intercontinental Title bout! But the end of the show had the most surprising match created, as Rebel Ford and Eric Executioner (through Mr. Black) agreed to a World Heavyweight Title match... inside the Hell in a Cell structure! Take the time to read this week's developments to prepare for the Hell in a Cell PPV!
