The Chosen One: The Journey of an American Football Manager

Hello Everyone, this an introduction into my career in FIFA14 which is 65 games in for Club & Country, all played by me on Gonira's Sliders, 15 min halves, all manual controls. I've never simmed one game.

I will begin to post today till I have caught up to where I am now in my career. I hope you have fun reading on what has been a fun journey so far. By the time I am finished today I will be just a few months away from the world cup.

PS: Sorry for the cheesey thread name haha

Orlando City SC hire Local Manager Blackburn For First MLS Season

Orlando City is set to begin their first season and have appointed Blackburn to guide them through the fire.

(Orlando City SC who is really set to begin MLS play in 2015, who currently plays and dominates the USL for most part, is a 2 star creation mode team with 15m transfer budget.)

Blackburn gave this statement earlier to the press "I just would like to thank everyone coming out and supporting this wonderful soccer club. Im happy to be there & I'm happy when I think of where we can end up. I'm going to bring in a few players this transfer window to get ready for this season, and i think we are going to be able to compete in every competition we are in, and win the title. Thats our goal here, is to win."

Orlando City Has Bought 18 Year Old Brazilian Sensation Adryan

The club with great Brazilian ties has agreed to bring in an incredible young talent to the club, a u20 Brazilian international Adryan.

Other transfer include
Aurélien Collin from Sporting KC/France 27yr old CB
Miquel Nelom from Feyenoord/Netherlands 22yr old LB
Tony Beltran From Real Salt Lake/USA 25yr old RB (He started for USA last night)
Nathan Ake from Chelsea/Netherlands 18yr old CB/CDM
Koray Gunter from Dortmund/Germany 18yr old CB/CDM
Amobi Okugo from Philly/USA 21yr old CB
Charalampos Mavrias from Sunderland/Greece 19 yr old RW
Anthony Martial from Monaco/France 17yr old ST

Blackburn had this to say "We are very excited today. To bring in a talent such as Adryan at a young age hopefully he will be a player we can build around for many many seasons to come..... Other then that we thought with the players we already have like Chin, Molino, & Adama that we didn't have to focus on offense as much, so we only bought Adryan, Martial & Marvias, but most of our purchases were for defense, that way, in every match we know we can compete because our defense will always keep us in it. Specially with Gallardo in the net.
