I voted for Downing and Goal #1.

Downing looked like the engine that drove the bus all year. He might not have the gaudiest stats but he looked like your chief creator.

I'm a fan of the build-up and goal # was just beautiful!

Although #10 offered the biggest "wow" factor, goal #4 was the winner for me. It was such a perfect goal scorer's goal, the run to start the sequence, the ability to shift his weight, make the perfect touch, then curl it home was F'N brilliant!
As for Hammer of the year, my initial thought was Adrian, but after I thought about it, I went with......

Thanks for voting! Not a bad choice at all, I loved goal's 1 & 2 for the fact that they may not have been individual brilliance, but they were beautiful team goals.

Thanks, much appreciated! It was just as much fun to play haha. Yeah, as soon as I struck that one with Cresswell, I about leapt from my seat. Don't know if I've ever hit a more pure goal in a career.

I'm glad Downing finally got some love! Honestly, he would be my Hammer of the Year as well. Like you said, he really was the straw that stirred the drink.

Absolutely, that goal got some love in the results as well and it was really just a brilliant curled strike. Definitely in my top 3 as well, and honestly I think it is well deserved. As for Hammer... !
