It took only 5 minutes for the first big controversy of the World Cup to take place. Dejan Lovren pushed Paulinho when the Brazilian midfielder was trying to advance close to the box through the right flank. The foul actually started outside of the box, but the referee mistakenly called a penalty kick that guaranteed Brazilian victory in the World Cup opening match. Conspiracy theories about FIFA trying to illegally favour the hosts start to pop all around.

as some of you might see at some point, the games are not being played in their correct stadiums (the last one was played in cuiabá instead of são paulo). i believe it's not possible to assign exact stadiums for each game in a modded tournament - at least this sounds like a reasonable explanation.
