Kevinho was an unused sub today as Santos beat Gremio 1-0 behind a first-half goal by Leandro Damiao. Damiao was once a hot target for several European clubs but has underperformed in the past few years being left of the 2014 World Cup Squad. He has been used as more of a hold-up man up top but today he showed some class with a goalazo to let Santos claim the points.

Kevinho was back in the lineup tonight as Santos beat Fluminese behind a Leandro Damiao goal, his 2nd in as many matches, "It was a great team win and we're getting better every match." said Kevinho. As for his individual performance, he did some good and some bad as he was subbed off in the 2nd half.

Despite Kevinho starting on the bench Santos was able to keep the attack flowing behind first half goals from Leandro Damiao and Robinho as they thrashed Paranaese 3-0 before the hometown supporters. Thiago Ribierio would add a third after halftime in spectacular fashion before Kevinho made his appearance. His only real chance would come in the 85th minute after some nice dribbling found him 1-on-1 with the Atletico keeper only to see his shot fly wide (~10:30 mark in the video). "It was a dominating performance and the 1-2-3 of Damiao, Robinho, and Kevinho look to be as good as any attacking trio in the league." said the Manager.

Santos and Botafogo played out a scoreless draw today in a match where chances were far & few inbetween. Kevinho had 2 chances to break the deadlock but saw both shots hit wildly as they sailed into the crowd, "We just didn't have enough today going forward." said Kevinho.

They'll look to rebound vs an always tough Corinthians side.

Santos took the field today determined to improve after drawing vs Botafogo in their last match. They got off to an early start as ST Leandro Damiao continued his fine form finding the back of the net after Kevinho's deflected shot fell to his feet. Santos would then proceed to bury Corinthians 4-0 with the last goal coming via a crossed pass by Kevinho to the aforementioned Damiao.

Kevinho started on the bench today and watched as Damiao and Lucas Lima got Santos off to a good start vs the visitors from southern Brazil. Circuima would pull one back before Robinho gave the hosts the lead for good. Kevinho would make a cameo performance and put his only attempt wide of the post after a lovely chipped pass by Robinho.

Kevinho was in the lineup today as Santos traveled slightly south to take on Figueirense in Orlando Scarpelli Stadium today. Santos would start off on the front foot as Leandro Damiao sent a shot wide in the 1st minute. The hosts nearly went up a minute later as Marco Antonio's outside-of-the-boot pass connected with Vitor Junior only to see his header hit off the post. A few minutes later the hometown crowd were calling for Kevinho to be sent off after a late challenge, however the youngster would only see yellow. The hosts would go ahead off a corner that saw Marquinhos head home the go ahead goal. The lead would be short lived as Damiao equalized before the break. Damiao would once again prove to be the danger man as Robinho played a lovely chipped ball over the top to Damiao whose 1st time finish was pure class. The visitors were able to hold on and escape with all 3 points.
