Welcome to the Schalke career mode on FIFA 17, with a very exciting, young squad of players at our dispossal with Schalke our aim for this series is to win the Bundesliga and topple the giants of Bayern Munich aswell as our bitter rivals Borussia Dortmund whilst staying true to the focus on youth.

In this episode we kick on with preseason and look at where to send our youth scouts in order to find the best prospects possible and we also kick off our Bundesliga campaign.

After a stuttering start to our Bundesliga campaign we look to find our best team and begin to look to pick up some consistent form to move up the table.

Episode 3 - PICKING UP FORM

Welcome back to the Schalke career mode on FIFA 17.

In the last episode we begun to hit a decent run of form which helped us move up the Bundesliga table and even put us above both Bayern Munich & rivals Dortmund, after our very own winter break we now look to keep our good run going both domestically and in the Europa League.

Episode 4 - INJURY NIGHTMARE CONTINUES

After we hit a good patch of form both in the Bundesliga & in the Europa League attention now turns to the German cup & league double header against our rivals Borussia Dortmund, can we keep our good run going against in the derby?

Tough results in the last episode. Like you mentioned, 7 goals in 9 games is pretty underwhelming. Hopefully that turns around. Big penalty save by Fahrmann against Mainz to at least get a point.

After a poor run of games last episode we begin to tweak the formation to try and get more out of our forwards and start to improve our fortunes.
