I know I'll win at Eldora as AI can't run the dirt to save it's life. It's horrendous. I may actually end up simming the race, as it's that bad.

I seem to do horrible with tri ovals. No clue why. Lol I seem to destroy the right rear tire.

Re: The career of Walker Bobby| Nascar Heat 5

Walker Bobby has walked away from the media without stopping for a comment following the Camping World 225 at Chicagoland Speedway. Bobby looked to be on record for his best finish of the season. With NEMCO Motorsport teammates Bobby and Joe Hunter Nemechek running 2&3 until what was scheduled to be the final pit stops of the race.

Bobby would take gamble and come in 5th, about 3 laps earlier then the leaders were scheduled. Hoping to make up speed on new tires with under 10 to go. He'd lose a lap and come out 22nd. Unfortunately as his luck would have it a caution would fly 2 laps later.

He would be marred back in 22nd and with not being the first car on the lead lap, he didn't get the wave around.

Unfortunately for him, the gamble didn't pay off. He'd go on to finish 22nd, 1st car a lap down.

(If I ran with stages on, that wouldn't be a issue. But I honestly think the game plays better allowing long green flag runs and pit stops under green. As if I done stages it'd be like 9 laps, 9 laps, and 35 laps. It always worked out, don't pit 1st time. Pit 2nd time and pit under caution in final stage, which there always seemed to be one)

I also ran the Eldora Race, mainly because I needed points to get into a better ride next season. And to prove just how stupid the AI and dirt racing is in Heat, here's the results. It almost feels like the old days of running modded dirt tracks in NR2003, in other words, no where near realistic. I changed nothing before this race, same difficulty, length, fuel & tire wear. I qualified 2nd, after not being able to qualify better then 15th at any other track. lol
