Well, they have to choose carefully and get them in the just the right spots. You know the guys on here(myself included) will be looking in the background at the blocking and other stuff. LOL

I gotta be honest... I don't believe and have no reason to believe that they care about this sort of stuff at all. Thing is, they really should... the same way a construction worker should care about his hard hat. Sure, he can work without a hard hat, but it's an awfully bad idea... and so is the lack of these angles in a game that's supposed to represent what we see on Saturday's.

I figure if after 4 seasons they haven't incorporated these shots into the actual game, then they simply aren't concerned with it... and if they aren't concerned with that then we're never going to get what we see on Saturday's.

They can do this. They are capable of showing replays and cut scenes from any angle they want. There is nothing stopping them except for a lack of concern for something they should be concerned with. I don't want whack gameplay camera's that move strangely like a rocking sail boat and make no sense (NCAA 10). Instead of wasting development time on what essentially adds nothing to the game experience, they could've spent that time trying to reproduce a broadcast and adding in these types of angles. When they sit down to plan this game, I wonder if anyone in the room ever states the obvious "you know, our game doesn't move like a TV broadcast. Our post-play, pre-play, and replay angles look nothing like TV... shouldn't we be working on that and making THAT a big deal instead of, ya know, SEASON SHOWDOWN?"

I'm just really disappointed with this franchise. I want to play College Football again, but to me 10 was just atrocious. I didn't buy it and didn't even think twice about not buying it. This series has become just a very sterile experience and while the rest of their industry is recreating broadcast and adding all the important little nuances (See FIFA, NBA Live, The Show, NBA 2K, even Madden), this team remains distantly behind. We know it, we've told them... they know what we've told them... so what are they going to do about it? After 4 seasons, I have zero faith that they're going to do any of it. Heck, NCAA 07 had more of it than their last 3 games. It's really a shame.

:appl::appl::appl: IMO EA as a whole hasn't really been concerned with presentation for awhile, and really has never done it well.

Screens look great on first glance...

Few things. Like mentioned above...What is up with the facemask on the Revo Speed the UF player is wearing? It looks like a normal facemask on new helment. Hope they can get accurate facemasks and make sure to include the "Percy Harvin" regular Revo facemask.

I really hope they fix the "white" longsleves and that actually off-white closer almost gray. I have no idea why it got messed up last year, but that needs to be fixed.

The blog was great I liked all the screen shots. This game is finally gonna look good. Is it gonna play good too???

Also, I don't wanna sound like a nit-picker but I noticed that they haven't fixed how low the helmet sits on the players head.

well if you're gonna nitpick, I must also. The Texas players wear black with white accent. And white with burnt orange accent with their away unis. I know its early, but these are the kind of quick fixes than can be made early. i just hope they get everything accurate because the game looks so damn nice.

Yeah that is very true, but if you look in the background the Texas player to left is wearing the black vapors with white accent. So maybe we can choose between black with white accent and or black with team color, and vice versa for teams with white shoes?
