What if your front court mate isn't 7'3?

In Walk on I regularly pull down 15-20 rebounds with him being played at center, when I'm playing on my friends team(s) I'm always with a 7'3" center.

If you box out your little PF can reach just as high for boards, they give you like a 41" vertical lol. Give it a try, 6'7" outside PF is really fun to use.

Not walk on I'm talking about against the top 100 teams in teamup
I have a 6'7 SF that rebounds well . Doesn't mean I'll use him against the top 10 teams

I can get 10 rebounds in walk on with my guard

Yeah walk-on is easy pickings.
I see tons of guys around here saying all you need to do is know how to box out, etc., but what happens when you go against a 7'3 guy who's just as good as you?

"Just gotta know how to get position," yeah that's easy, but when you're going against someone who's taller than you and has skill equal to or greater than yours then you're gonna have a bad time.

Anyone can perform well against someone of lesser skill.. They're not as good at the game as you lol.

The major problem is just that rebounding will be fixed for next year hopefully.
It's bad that you see people jump before or as soon as the ball hits the rim. Rebounding is about timing and anticipation. Height should matter, but not so much, if you think about it, some of the best rebounders of all time were short or deemed undersized whether by height or weight. Examples being Bill Russell, Dennis Rodman, and Ben Wallace.

The problem I see in the game is that the ball seems to morph or float to whoever presses the jump button first or to the taller guy. I could be wrong but i wish the ball had better physics when bouncing of the rim, that way it would just bounce to an organic spot and its up to the user along with the rating of the particular player to determine the outcome of who gets the rebound.

To add more to my post above, guys are in horrible position because the game has the ball just float unnaturally to taller guys or whoever jumps first.

Whether in the park or pro am if someone just camps under the hoop or even out of bounds that it kind of a horrible position in real life because someone could just seal them under the hoop while the ball bounces far away from the basket.

They should just add better ball physics and it would help at least with shorter guys rebounding with more organic bounces of the hoop.

He does fine against top 100 teams as long as I have a big frontcourt mate, why would any team have two small frontcourt guys? I'm building him to take boards and push the break which is really the point of having a guy like this, that and I can get down the court before my defender.

He's difficult to post up as well, I can get strips like half the time someone tries to post him up.
